Welcome to Lifted. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lifted. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to access another user’s account, data, or workout content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise probe the service for vulnerabilities outside of a coordinated security disclosure.
Upload content that is harmful, harassing, or violates the rights of others (in workout group chats and shared posts).

4. Health & safety disclaimer

Lifted is a workout-tracking tool — not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new training program. You are responsible for your own safety in the gym.

5. Subscriptions & purchases

Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play per their respective terms. You can cancel at any time from your platform’s subscription management page. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

6. Content you create

You retain ownership of the workouts and content you log. By posting to a workout group or shared feed, you grant other group members the ability to view and react to that content. You can delete shared content at any time.

7. Service changes

Features may evolve, and occasionally something may go away. We will give reasonable notice for major changes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifted and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lifted is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
